Welcome to Friends of JPPM

The Friends of Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (Friends of JPPM) is a membership, 501(c)3, non-profit organization, which raises funds to help support the archaeology, history, heritage and environmental education projects, programs and events at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum.

JPPM is located in the heart of Calvert County Maryland and consists of 560 acres on the Patuxent River & St Leonard's Creek. Gifted to the State of Maryland in 1983 by Mrs. Jefferson Patterson, this state owned and operated facility is Maryland's State Museum of Archaeology.
